Our vision is to create an experience like no other. We want to see a world awaken to the heart and soul of humanity. Simply we want people to experience their own divinity and realize they have the power to shift consciousness in a world in need of change. Meditation is one way to achieve that goal.

Our Story

Desiree set out to create a once in a lifetime experience that incorporates all she loves about the human spirit. As a seeker of various modalities and experiences that heal, she wanted to share her findings with you. The birth of Meditate and Escape came from a deep desire to help the people of this planet awaken to a new way of thinking and being. That desire to create an experience for everyone that could transform and change their very existence prompted her journey to YOU.

Founder

Desiree is a Meditation Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Certified Pranic Healer and a licensed minister. She is also certified in Sound Healing.

Hailing from South East Asia, Desiree’s Singaporean roots gave her a first glance of an array of spiritual practices and revealed her own inner gifts. Blessed with guidance from the Divine, Desiree is known for delivering personalized messages to people through the spoken word, touch, movement, song and energy work. A little unorthodox with her methods, her combination of techniques makes her an impactful spiritual intuitive in today’s modern and highly evolved world.

 Through her travels from East to West and her many years of study and seeking her own path, Desiree has discovered some ancient modalities that will help transform a world in spiritual crisis. Studying teachings from India, Desiree is also a trained facilitator in Deeksha. This “Oneness Blessing” is a non-denominational benediction aimed at bringing its recipients to a higher state of consciousness. Desiree seeks to awaken consciousness and beauty in humanity once again through sharing these blessings.

Deep healing in humanity needs to happen to shift the planet and it starts with ourselves. Desiree believes that seeking recognition, fortune, and power are all so intricately connected to our human presence that they govern our goals, ideals and relentless pursuit of success. This pursuit causes eternal pain which needs healing and she is here to uncover and heal that pain with you. Karmic debris from past experiences in life, be it through break-ups, betrayal or unforgiveness, only cause us pain and suffering and ultimately disease. This Karmic waste forms energetic cobwebs and boulders blocking us from being in our true beauty and experiencing our authentic, joyful selves. Desiree’s dedication is to help identify what exists within you and break through those barriers to get into the heart of your very essence. Desiree has a passion to bring out the natural beauty that exists in each individual and she fosters the infinite sum of love, grace and wisdom to help you gain energetic authority over your life. She believes that we have forgotten that love heals all and it is her deep desire to bring a strong meditative practice into the lives of all who cross her path.
